DELIVERY INFORMATION – Current deliveries TO THE SOUTH have been restricted to Local area within a 12km radius SOUTH from our store. Daily Deliveries to Elanora, Tugun, Bilinga, Coolangatta, Tweed Heads, Tweed West, Banora Point, Terranora, Kingscliff, and Casuarina.
With notice we deliver as far North as Upper Coomera, West as far as Nerang, Tallabudgerah Valley, Currumbin Valley, and in the South as far as Pottsville, Cudgen, Carool and most of the Tweed coast and Southern Gold Coast districts.
NOTE: Due to courier staffing issues, we no longer deliver WEST to Condong, Murwillumbah, Nunderi, Tumbulgum – Special courier service is available to these areas with minimum 48 hours prior notice, and this needs to be quoted on an ad hoc basis, so please contact the store for individual delivery arrangements, Starting from $35.00 per delivery, and based on distance and time taken.
Deliveries are made Monday through to Saturday. NO Sunday Delivery, EXCEPTING MOTHERS DAY
All local orders during the week need to be placed by 3pm for same day delivery and by 11am on Saturday. SATURDAY DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE SATURDAY AFTERNOON
Deliveries by special arrangement to Pottsville, Hastings Point and Cabarita/Bogangar are taken in a single run and need to be arranged for special delivery. Orders to Pottsville, Bogangar and Hastings Point received after 10am will be delivered by lunchtime the following day.
We also arrange flower and hamper deliveries nationally and internationally through the Interflora Network.

Shipping Policy for non Perishable Items
Rates and Carriers
Blossoms of Tweed uses Australia Post to deliver orders of non-perishable items to our customers throughout Australia.
Express Parcels
Allow overnight to one week within Australia for delivery.
Blossoms of Tweed does not currently ship internationally
All orders are currently shipped from Tweed Heads, Australia
All shipping prices are quoted in Australian dollars. C.O.D. orders cannot be accepted.
Order Status
We will keep you updated on your order status by sending you emails when your order is filled and dispatched or if delivery status changes due to unavoidable delay.
Order Processing Time
Order processing times are within 2 business days, are contingent upon credit card authorization and clearance, and do not include weekends or holidays. Blossoms of Tweed will send an e-mail message notifying you when an item is delayed beyond the time represented.
Redelivery
A redelivery fee equal to the original cost will apply following an unsuccessful delivery attempt (eg. We have been provided with an incorrect delivery address, or the recipient is not available to receive the flowers during the requested delivery time and there is no suitable secure area to leave flowers, or our courier has no other option but to return your flowers to the store due to unavailable access ie gated or secured premises with no attendant ).
If it is necessary for a security person, concierge, hospital ward, receptionist or mail room attendant to accept the flowers on behalf of the recipient Blossoms of Tweed cannot be held responsible for the flowers from this point on.
Substitution
Blossoms of Tweed will endeavor to match the product selected from our online store. However, if the product is unavailable an alternative flower will be substituted. Please remember, flowers are products of nature therefore their colour may differ from that pictured and their availability may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
