We guarantee our flowers.
If you are not satisfied with your flowers please contact us within 24 hours of receiving them. We will consider your concerns and action will be taken appropriate to each individual case. Please be aware all care will be taken with every order filled, but we cannot guarantee vase life of flowers if they are not cared for correctly.
